This is a painting of my 30 year old horse who loves carrots. I was watching her one winter day at the barn reaching for a flake of hay and thought she should be reaching for a carrot. She always has long shaggy hair in the winter so the snowman became the place in my mind for the carrot. Also thought I should add the Sedona rocks in the back with a little snow storm.
